We run custom homes as a single coordinated project. Design and construction stay tightly coupled from the first site visit through the final walkthrough, so the home you end up with is the home you actually designed.

Understanding the land, setbacks, solar orientation, access, and soil — before anything gets drawn.
Full design of the home, in collaboration with licensed architects as needed, with interior design shaped throughout.
Paid planning phase: scope, budget, selections direction, and feasibility. So construction starts with a real plan.
Full build management — foundations to final walkthrough, with weekly updates and one number to call.
