ASHFORD · WASHINGTON
Ashford is the western gateway to Mt. Rainier National Park — a few miles from the Nisqually entrance and the road up to Paradise. We build custom homes, cabins, and weekend properties here.
WHY ASHFORD
Ashford sits on State Route 706, the last stretch of road before the Nisqually entrance. Most of the homes here are cabins and weekend places on wooded lots — built for heavy snow, long wet seasons, and owners who aren't always on site.
We live and work on the south side of the mountain, where Everlux owns and is building a custom home in Packwood. Ashford is part of the same corridor, and we bring the same trade relationships, logistics, and process to projects here.
OUR SERVICES HERE
PERMITTING
Ashford is in Pierce County, not Lewis County like Packwood. We manage the permitting process there — applications, reviews, and inspections — as part of the project, so you aren't navigating it on your own. To see how we work, follow the Packwood build.
